Have you thought about it? Have you wondered about it? It&#039;s a profound change that will continue. And if you have changed and society has changed, can you imagine how much your organization, your project, has transformed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Undoubtedly, you may have noticed some of it: fragmented audiences, difficulty connecting with others, greater relevance of emotions, lack of strategy, information overload, fake news, team conflicts, family friction\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Times of change demand a new way of communicating, one that places the human being at the heart of communication. That&#039;s why Volver Comunicaciones was born, an incubator and promoter of a new way of thinking, a model for understanding and creating communications called: \u201cBeing to Communicate.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">It&#039;s time to return to communication as a process in which conscious, not automatic, ideas, messages, experiences, and emotions are sent and received. And it&#039;s time to return to conversation and reflection about everything we&#039;ve called stakeholders, audiences, or <em>stakeholders<\/em>, it is ultimately a single meeting point: a human being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A human being who interacts and, moreover, comes in 4D, in four fundamental dimensions in our communication process, of communication strategy: a physical dimension, a mental dimension, an emotional dimension, and a spiritual dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">And it couldn&#039;t be any other way: You and I are the actors who carry out that communication! It&#039;s time to return to communication as a process, a human, fundamental, and cross-cutting process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">It&#039;s time to return... to return to being human. Yes, like that, with a script and with all our hearts focused on genuinely getting to know the other person, their feelings, their dreams, their purposes, so that communication processes within families, with friends, in a company, in an institution, in a foundation, become processes that move from awareness to strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I, too, returned.
